Are you a residential real-estate investor in the Chesterfield County or Henrico County, VA, area? Do you need a good overview of a property before you purchase it, but you don’t want to pay for a full-fledged inspection when you know you’ll be making changes to the property? Burgess Inspections, Inc. has you in mind.
Our team is offering a new Walk & Talk Inspection service that’s geared toward property investors—individuals who plan either to rent out or to flip a house. We know that in real-estate investment, time is of the essence. The faster you can turn a property around and make money off it, the better.
Because time is a hot commodity, our Walk & Talk inspection service isn’t as in depth as a typical home inspection. We know you’re usually aware of the major issues or plan to gut the house anyway, so we don’t get into the attic or crawl space or worry about writing up a full, detailed inspection report. Instead, we walk though the property with you. We’ll point out the overall condition of the home through a visual inspection and answer any questions you might have right on the spot.
As an investor, you can then feel confident moving forward with purchasing the property and making plans for how to improve it. However, if you still prefer to have a full home inspection or take advantage of any of our specialty inspection services (mold, radon, and so on), we can do that too. Let us help you make a wise and informed real-estate decision.
To find out more or to schedule a Walk & Talk inspection, contact Burgess Inspections today at (804) 794-1423, or schedule online. Our trained and professional crew will be glad to answer all your questions and help you keep your investments moving.
