Burgess: Partnering with You
At Burgess, we understand that the home inspection phase of the real estate transaction can be stressful for all parties involved. This is why we work closely with agents to create the best experience for our mutual clients. We recognize and value the trust you and your clients place in us to assess the condition of the property and provide clear information on our findings. What you can expect from us:
Quality & Professional Service
All real estate agent recommended inspections are performed to the same high standards. You can count on the same quality experience from all our inspectors. We are more than ready to meet any of your contract deadlines. We also provide extensive training above the minimum required for state licensing. Even our most experienced inspectors go through several months of training, ensuring high-quality inspections for all our clients.
Superior Office Support
Our office support team is available to assist you and your client whenever you need us. Prompt responses to phone and email inquiries, assistance with scheduling and coordination of inspections, available for last-minute changes, on-line scheduling options provided, and available on weekends to assist you and respond to urgent questions.
Thorough & Personalized Reports
All inspection reports are not created equal. We understand the importance of this report to thoroughly document the condition of the property and accurately identify defects that can help to negotiate any repair items. Our reports are not simply a checklist; they are personalized with pictures in order to provide the details you need.
Communication Is Key
Communication with the client is one of the most important parts of the inspection process. Our inspectors are trained to provide details of the condition of the property in layman’s terms.
Our goal is to make your job easier. We do this with our Create Repair List (CRL) technology that gives you the ability to easily complete your repair addendum. Try a live demo at https://www.homegauge.com/CRL
