Instead, we walk though the property with you. We’ll point out the overall condition of the home through a visual inspection and answer any questions you might have right on the spot.
As an investor, you can then feel confident moving forward with purchasing the property and making plans for how to improve it. However, if you still prefer to have a full home inspection or take advantage of any of our specialty inspection services (mold, radon, and so on), we can do that too.
