However, at Burgess Inspections, Inc., we strive to take the intimidation factor out of home inspections and ease your mind as you go forward. We’re happy to answer all of your questions so that you can know exactly what to expect. To begin your education, let us tell you about the three types of home inspections we offer.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Buying a home is a huge investment. Many people save for years and years to purchase their home. so it's definitely a must to know what you are getting into. Call us, and we will go over the grounds and home from top to bottom. We will show you any issues that the home may have so that you are able to negotiate the best terms possible.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Are you ready to sell your home and move on to something better? Before you list, get an inspection so you can know exactly what needs to be fixed for the new owners. That way, there are no unpleasant surprises to discourage your potential buyers. Again, we want you to come away with the best terms possible, so it's best to get ahead of whatever issues may be present.

11th-Month New-Home Construction Warranty Inspection

There are many perks that come with building a new home yourself. But did you know that one of them is usually a year warranty? Before your warranty expires, schedule our 11th-month inspection so you can get the most out of your warranty. We have found that most major construction flaws on new homes can go unnoticed for 3-5 years. Call us, and of our professional home inspectors will review all of your major systems and test the mechanical components. That way, you can present the results to your builder and get things fixed before your warranty expires.
