A pre-drywall inspection takes place before the drywall is even installed. Our certified home inspectors will perform an inspection of the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-ins to ensure they are compliant with industry standards. These inspections can catch issues early on, such as cracked roof shingles, nail holes in the roof, deck and patio problems, electrical and plumbing issues, and damages in the HVAC system.
This complete inspection takes place prior to move-in, once everything is complete. We will test all systems and appliances, in addition to inspecting the roof and foundation. You will receive a detailed electronic report with photos identifying any defects that will need to be addressed before the closing.
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. With our 11-month warranty inspection, we will come out and inspect your home before the builder's warranty expires. You will receive a report that you can present to the builder to address any issues or repairs that need to be made under the warranty.
