Why get a pool inspection?

When you purchase a new home or install a pool, you want to make sure it’s ready to go. The last thing you want to do is start filling it up to find out that the pump doesn’t work. A pool inspection offers you peace of mind to know the condition and to figure out what you need to do to have it ready for the summer months. Ideally, you get a pool inspection prior to closing on your home. That way, you can consider pool condition and potential repairs in your negotiations. However, if that’s not the case, we can do it anytime to help you know whether your pool is safe and ready to use.

What does a pool inspection include?

Our inspectors will thoroughly assess the condition of your pool to check it for both safety and proper functioning. We’ll take a good look at the electrical systems and pump, controls, and heater, We’ll also assess “surface features”, including any gates and enclosures. Our inspector will put together a report for you so you can use that to pursue repairs or breathe easy that the pool is in great condition. We can also provide you with contractor referral if you need them.

How do I schedule an inspection?
